Gloria Glaubman is a transformational technology executive with deep expertise in cybersecurity, digital innovation, and operational excellence. Over a distinguished career in the intelligence, diplomatic, and telecommunications sectors, she has built a reputation for bridging emerging technologies with business strategy to drive resilience and growth.
Gloria currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Acclaim Technical Services (ATS), where she leads technology strategy and modernization in support of defense and intelligence community missions. Prior to it, she served as Senior Cyber Advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, where she provided strategic guidance to the Government of Japan on cybersecurity frameworks, including zero-trust architecture and incident response. Her leadership strengthened bilateral cyber defense efforts and advanced collaboration between U.S. and Japanese stakeholders.
Previously, at the Central Intelligence Agency, Gloria held senior roles including Director of Research, Engagement, and Data Exploitation, where she led enterprise transformation initiatives and developed a hybrid cloud platform that dramatically improved mission-critical intelligence operations.
A U.S. Navy veteran, she holds advanced certifications and degrees from MIT, Villanova, and Strayer University. She is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Cyber Policy and Management at George Washington University. Gloria is a recipient of the Presidential Rank Award and the Career Intelligence Medal.
